Sinema Domino Tournament

La Société Productions, Ætizay, and the City of Pompano Beach present Sinema Domino Tournament, a high-energy Caribbean domino night with music, food, drinks, prizes, crowd participation, and live cultural energy.

This is a single-player tournament. No teams. Cutthroat style.

The tournament is capped at 32 players under general Caribbean house rules. Each player starts with 7 dominoes. Four tables will run in the courtyard. The Opening Round is split into two waves of 16 players, with one winner advancing from each table to create the Elite 8.

From there, players compete head-to-head through the Elite 8, Final Four, and Championship until one winner remains.

Each match is timed. If a match ends before the clock runs out, the winner advances. If time expires, players finish the current hand, and the highest score advances.

The tournament winner receives grand cash prize.

Spectators can join the energy through tokens, giveaways, music moments, and crowd participation. KONPA, the award-winning short film by Al’Ikens Plancher, will play on loop inside The Hive throughout the event.
